The compactor is a system of automatic compression of multiple applications, designed in modular units for better use of space and facilities maintenance.

Designed for continuous production of granules from plastic, thermoplastic sheets, fibers, dust and debris sparkling AD-PE, PE-BD, PP, PA 6, PA 6.6, PA 6.11, PA 6.12, PET, ABS, rigid PVC, flexible, and so on.

The characteristics of this set are as follows:

Pre-grinding mill for fibers: From a special deposit with arms dosing the product pre-ground through a variable speed screw into a two grooved disks.

The feed material passes through the center to be crowded by the heat generated by friction between the mobile and fixed disks. After that the material enters the zone of compression, which remains in seconds, this short decisively limiting the effect of degradation temperature.

The exact operating temperature of compact discs will be maintained by a water cooling system without contact with the product.

In the outer perimeter of the disk clusters small cords are formed in witch are accelerated and enter the flow of air transport generated by a fan mounted on the facility. The final step is a secondary grinder that cuts the cords into small pieces.
